Greenhouse Business Advisory seeks to build close informal working relationships with its clients. Most business owners new to working with a Business Advisor are curious to know how the process works – what happens, who does what?
We will work to understand what you want to do with your business – is it to take it national or global or it is to keep it small, nimble and unique?
We will work to build a clear view of what is working well and what isn’t – or as we like to call them ‘the hose-kinks’ – and put a plan in place to ‘un-kink the hoses’
We will explore areas of opportunity and identify how your business can best take advantage of these opportunities
We will work with you to build a Strategic Plan that supports your business goals – that identifies and focuses in on the key elements – we will use the Strategic Plan as our joint reference point as we move forward and adjust it as needed.
We will review your financial information to identify areas that can be focused in on to improve the overall financial performance of your business
We will get to know your team on a first name basis and develop a solid understanding of their strengths, areas for potential improvement and how they can best support the Strategic Plan
Greenhouse charges a monthly fee of $2,000 plus GST. Invoices are raised on the first of the month, payable on the 20th of the same month.
